SalesPad support engineers can connect directly to your computer to provide assistance in using the software. This process is secure, because the connection can only be established by you. To begin a Remote Help session with a SalesPad support engineer, follow these simple steps:
If you are running SalesPad 3.6 or later:

Start SalesPad

Select Help > Remote Help from the menu. If you are running a version of SalesPad prior to 4.0, you will need to download the Remote Help application, save to any location on your computer and execute the application.

Call SalesPad Technical Support at 616-245-1221 and request a Remote Help session. The SalesPad support engineer will guide you through establishing the Remote Help session.
Note: During install, your anti-spyware may detect SalesPad and the VNC program used for remote help as spyware. It is safe to ignore any warnings and continue with the installation.
